Welcome to North Hamilton Community Health Centre !

North Hamilton Community Health Centre first opened its doors to serve the diverse population of North Hamilton in March 1987. Today, the not-for-profit organization funded by the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network provides primary care, health wellness and community outreach programs to nearly 7,000 North End residents.

Our Health Centre is open from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday, 8:00am - 8:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 8:00am - 4:00pm on Friday, by appointment only. Please note we are not a walk-in clinic.

There is a 24-hour on-call service available for urgent medical care. This service is for clients of the Health Centre and can be reached by calling 905-523-6611

We are located at 438 Hughson Street North, just south of Burlington Street. There is parking available on-site. Our building is wheelchair accessible.

The Bayfront bus (#4) stops closest at James and Picton Streets and John and Burlington Streets. This bus can be picked up downtown at James Street South and King William Street.
