Maternal/Child Clinic Services

Monday through Wednesday there is a nurse practitioner or physician on-hand to provide primary health care to women and children, particularly those that have difficulty accessing a "family doctor".

Additional services are also provided that relate to women in the context of their life (i.e. housing, Ontario Works), in order to decrease the impact of housing and poverty, and to provide education in areas related to Maternal/Child health issues (i.e. parenting, family violence, nutrition, infant growth and development).
