JOIN NORTH HAMILTON COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE!

We welcome you to become members of North Hamilton Community Health Centre. All residents who live in the area bounded by Bay Street, Sherman Avenue North, Barton Street and the Burlington Bay and are over 18 years of age, are eligible to become members. Those who live outside this area are welcomed as associate members. By becoming a member, you can be involved in committee work, providing input to staff on how better to meet the needs of the community, and have an opportunity to be voted on to the Board of Directors. You don't need to be an expert, or a client of the Health Centre.

As a member, you elect the Board of Directors, receive direct mailings of our newsletter, receive a copy of our Annual Report, and an invitation to our Annual General Meeting.

Please note clients or people who attend a North Hamilton CHC program ARE NOT automatically members.

Membership in North Hamilton Community Health Centre entitles you to one (1) vote at the Annual General Meeting held annually in June. The Membership fee is $2.00 per member per year (which can be waived upon request).
