The outreach programs at our Health Centre are truly community focused. All of our programs began with a need within the community and were actualized through community involvement. Our dedicated community outreach and development workers and health-care professionals are committed to maintaining and improving the community's overall health.

Our programs and services are made available through funding received from the provincial government and our community partnerships as well as through grants and donations.
