Orders and payment  are taken before the 2nd Wednesday of each month  at North Hamilton Community Health Centre 438 Hughson St North (next door to Bennetto Recreation Centre)

Pick up your box at either Welcome Inn Community Center or  Eva Rothwell Centre on the third Wednesday of the month

Sample of Items:

1 bag lettuce, 1 bag apples, 3 peppers, 1 bag potatoes, 2  large field tomatoes, 2-3 onions, 1 cucumber, 1 bunch of broccoli, 1 butternut squash, 1bag brussel sprouts, 6 bananas.

Each box incluedes a newletter with recipes , storage tips and information about the produce .

Cost $ 15 ( for more than $30 worth of Food )
