Open to people living with diabetes or those who are at increased risk of development of Diabetes.

Goals of Program:
- To increase access to physical activity to those who may have previously had barriers.
- To provide supervision of goal setting and appropriate activities, resulting in increased participant self-confidence in performing activities.
Description of Program (activities, participants, etc.):
- The program provides:
- exercises in the pool, which uses the resistance from the water to provide a full body work-out
- a structured and supervised weekly cardiovascular and strengthening session
- a great opportunity for individuals with joint pain, arthritis or those having trouble balancing or walking
