Getting Started

Thank you for considering joining Pathways as a volunteer!

To get involved, just follow these easy steps that will help the Pathways team get you prepared and excited to participate as either a volunteer Tutor or Mentor:

1. Contact us through our online Sign Up Form and provide us with a way to contact you back.
2. Attend an Information Session: once you contact us we'll provide you the dates of upcoming information sessions that will give you all you need to know about Pathways and becoming a volunteer.
3. Complete an application: this includes a short interview, providing us with two references. and a police record check.
4. Attend volunteer training: this provides a youth-friendly approach and emmersion into the program space to help volunteers feel comfortable and confident in their roles.
5. Start making a difference!

You will be joining the more than 50 positive adult volunteers who are dedicated to Pathways and the community we are part of.  We look forward to hearing from you soon!
