Our health care services are provided by a variety of health professionals who work together with community agencies to provide access to programs and services in response to client and community needs.

Our health care services include:

Primary Care: our registered clients visit our health clinic to have their health issues assessed, diagnosed and managed by a variety of health professionals.

Health Wellness: our allied health team provides services to clients ranging from physiotherapy, chiropody (foot care), nutrition, kinesiology, occupational therapy, asthma education, and Diabetes education.

Mental Wellness: our mental wellness team provides services in social work, client advocacy, and client advocacy/counselling to clients in need of support. Services are provided in many languages.

Feet First - Steps For Health: we offer free diabetic foot care to high risk seniors and others who do not have the resources to access foot care in Hamilton.

We are committed to working with and meeting the needs of families with young children as well as people who may find it hard to access health care. We are particularly focused on assisting people who are new to Canada or who face challenges such as low income, unemployment, isolation, homelessness and physical or mental disabilities.

Our programs and services are made available through funding received from the provincial government and our community partnerships as well as through donations directed to our Health Centre
